If you've never seen the explanation of my name on here, I'm a VW nut and a pit bull advocate.

A few months ago, my wife and I formed the Lehigh Valley Pitbull Awareness Club. We educate and raise funds for pitty friendly organizations in our area.

We are bringing an amazing movie to the Lehigh Valley. Beyond the Myth explores the truth behind breed specific legislation, educates the viewer on the history of the breeds, and seeks to put to rest a lot of the rumors in society.

If you're in the area and you're an animal lover, consider attending. We'll be providing a small buffet, drinks, and entertainment following the film, and shelters, rescues, and local vendors will be there as well.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit two local agencies, the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley and the Sanctuary at Haafsville.

I love seeing people take action when something matters to them. Personally, I find that changing my Facebook status to support a cause I care about just isn't getting the job done!

David, Can you create a facebook event for this? I know the Martin's from Martin Motorsports are big dog folks and I'd like to let them and a couple of other of my local friends know.
