Heh, anyone know the name/description from Oakley for the screwpoints below orbits on the frame for Juliets/ other respective X-Metals or have I described it above?

They're either "Torx" (star shaped) or allen bolts.

Is that the info you're looing for?

Usually a t-5 or t-6 bolt.

It sounds like you are talking about at the bottom outside corner of the orbitals (around the lenses). That part of the frame does not really have a specific or special name. When describing it to customers I inform them that it is there as a unique way to acess the lenses for replacing them.

The item is fake. The frame beneath the orbits has no holes for the screws to screw in for changing

and I agree, intake port tells me "venting". Chalk it up to Oakley marketing's "creative" hijacking of words.

Though if you are looking to use that terminology with ebay ... I'm guessing telling them "it's missing intake ports!!" isn't going to get you too far with them. At that point, you are back to dumbing it down to describing the telling difference between authentic and fake.
