Is it my imagination (and lack of Google skills) or are Oakley getting out of the boot business? I'm down to my last pair of Tactical Six boots and while having a Google for alternatives, it seems that Oakley now only make two pairs of (almost identical) boots.

Yep, other than the Brazilian market and maybe SI, they've been slowly decreasing the scope of their footwear range for the last little while.

It's pretty much the usual SI Boot that has remained. I've been babying my Casing Boots for years now.

All I see on SI is the Light Assault Boot 2 and the Leather Light Assault Boot with Oakley.com adding the Light Patrol Boot :(

Pretty sure I paid full retail, which was in the mid 200's, but 320 is a little much.

How's the fit on them? I usually wear a 9.5 and have a pair of 9.0 SI boots which were tried on once and discovered to be too small, but I see a pair of new Casing boots on a German website for EUR 180 in size 9.0 and am wondering if they might just fit.

They lace up pretty well on the top, so if they're a little too large, it's not a problem. I might be cautious about a half size smaller though.
