the guy doesnt accept paypal and wrote me a nasty note about waning to do a c.o.d. since he has low feedback.

No but I'll go half with someone and sell the loot for half the profit...

if he doesn't do paypal or C.o.d is probably a scam because nobody in their right mind would sell that stuff without breaking it up into individual pieces... you make much more money.
