I was just at two stores in Michigan today and they had the Fives. They did not have all the colors though but they told me they could order in any color I wanted

I scored & picked up at the Post Office today a pair of Chapimex's odd colorways off Ebay. Black Crystal/ Bronze Polarized lenses for $75. My intial take is not as way cool as the GasCan Amber Black Polarized, and the Fives aren't a teeny tiny fit which was nice.
