Sweet! I think the only problem with Cables appearance in a movie would be that they'd have to acknowledge the whole Summers family tree and that's probably too big a story arc...thankfully Deadpool and Gambit are do-able.
Thought I'd show off one of my other obsessions since I got her washed...although she's shrank a little, since the economy is down, I put 33"'s (tires) back on her and parked the 38"'s in the garage to save on gas...almost made a 7 mile per gallon difference!
Those of you wanting to expand on that old comic collection, check me out on ebay, everything starts at $.99.....mako_collectables....and if you want the x-force with the deadpool card let me know. I have a few of them...unopened.
Nice jeep, will have to put pictures of my Jeep-a-Hoe on here. One of a kind. My personal warwagon if you will. Took a 95 Tahoe and choped and screwed it so now it looks like a Tahoe and a Jeep had a baby, Ababy with a 5.7 Liter V-8!!!! Muwahahahahaha!!!!
Marcel,Dustin......you guys are VERRRY lucky to live where you do. Here in Canada the summers are hot, but the winters are CCOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDD!!!!!!
-30 celcius is more than common. I go to the Dominican or Playa del Carmen every winter and would love to live down your way.
Yeah. Punta Cana is absolutely beautiful. Puerto Plata was not as beautiful in my mind. My sister got married in Punta Cana last winter. About 50 family and friends were there......awesome time.
Jeeps, I have my first car, a 1973 Jeep CJ5, a 1992 Wrangler, and recently a 2008 WK (Jeep Grand Cherokee). At one time I peaked at 5.
I also used to be an Audi freak, but I finally had to part with my Allroad. She was too rich for my blood.
BattleTech is probably my next biggie. I started as a collector of rare BattleTech and MechWarrior items, eventually becoming the first person in the public domain to own a set of proprietary BattleTech and Red Planet pods from the Virtual World in San Diego. I would eventually get other sets and in 2005 bought the company itself www.virtualworld.com
Sailing. I started sailing Hobie 16s a few years ago on in land lake Michigan lakes. The big water was calling, so I got a 22 footer slipped in South Haven on Lake Michigan.
I play a LOT of hockey. A lot. Along with playing with Oakley gear, I also play with Detroit Red Wings player used equipment as well.
I love clasic cars, love the MOPAR family or anything with a Hemi. I have an old plymoth but no money to fix her up. I am afraide that by the time I do have the money she is going to be a pile of rust.
If you ever get into serious crawling, or need some tough sliders or bumpers for your Jeeps, my brother is a fabricator at JCROffroad (www.jcroffroad.com). Doesnt get much better than what they make. Its a 4 person outfit here in Kalamazoo.
Anyone ever go to Midwest crawler events at Tellico or the Badlands in Indiana?
Hahaha, Woody, I know all too well about Winnipeg winters. Thankfully, we're finally coming out of it. Now for our two weeks of spring, a month of summer and back to winter, lol.
Back on topic, other than Oakley, I enjoy guitars. I'm about a week and a half from my dream guitar, the Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong Signature Les Paul Junior. She's gonna cost me about $1500 after it's all said and done, but I've been after this one for almost 2 years now. Can't wait!
