Im not even sure if they do make running shoes. If ur just gonna need it for staying in shape purposes not for competing, I would recommend the SILK laceless. I do own 5 pairs and I guess they would be fine for running

Silk is good - the SI low is pretty good too....my favorite would be the Flesh but they are tough to find anymore...

For strictly running purposes, I'd stay away from oakley shoes.

I agree...stay away from Oakley shoes if you want to run.
Do yourself a favor and actually go to a reputable running store in your area. They will be able to give you the best advice. Some stores will even have you run on a treadmill and observe how you run.
There is alot more to running than just putting one foot in front in front of the other.

Good luck!!

I agree, I wouldn't wear Oakley for running shoes. I used their basketball shoes and they were not very good relative to other brands. I would go with Nike Shox, I'm a big fan of that cushioning system.

Shouldn't this be in the "How do Oakley shoes run" thread?

I'd go with a pair of Adidas Supernova Controls.

I've got literally 15 pairs of them...can't go wrong with them at all.

Tick, unless that was a horrible pun, that thread was about sizing.

I like the Asics too. I have very long, very narrow feet and everything else just fits too wide.

Course, if you've got duck feet feel free to ignore my advice.

Sometimes I feel that O shoes can be too thin and heavy. I've been wearing my Asics' runners regularly for the past three years and they feel like a pair of second feet.

I agree Iggy. I always feel like I'm weighed down with them on. The only non-clunky ones I've run into so fare ar the Thirteen Twenties but they're a little too pointy.
