I don't really know what we can do against this. Any idea ?

I think some people use flickr like photobucket or imageshack. Just as a way to keep their misc photos online. You can register a complaint, but like ebay auctions with stolen pictures, often not much you can do.

I sent an email to the guy to ask him to remove my pics. Here is his answer :

Yes I am ! that's why I share my pics on flickr and give the possibility to tag them as favorite ...

At least, he removed some of my pics and told me : " Dont remember what's your photo".
I sent him a second email with the reference of all my pics.

hmmm..I would have thought Flickr had a process to report his kind of thing and if found guilty, then bann the dude...very uncool and bad form to steal other peoples pics...hope you get them all removed Francois.

I was contemplating asking the same thing, but forget it. If Flickr doesn't have a report process, then it's not worth the hassle to take it on on my own.

unless you can track his ip used here and somehow on flickr, it could be any of us that's ripping photos off. then again, when you post stuff online, it's bound to end up in the wrong hands....
