I don't think Oakley minds people buying up their stuff and resaling it slightly higher.
They do mind, if you have ever purchased anything from a Vault you will notice the receipt says not for resale. If you are purchasing a large amount from a vault you are supposed to fill out a form that is basically a contract saying it is not for resale. They go after the people doing high volumes of it, especially in eyewear, however the clothing and shoes here and there dont get as much attention.
Its my understanding that the reselling is why it took so long to have an oakleyvault.com, and is one of the reason that you don't see a lot of eyewear on there. I think part of the the thought behind oakleyvault.com was also to make the outlet stuff more available, and therefor make the stuff marked up on ebay less appealing.
