I ate a chili pepper and when I woke up, this site was here.
Websites
Around Summer 2002, I was spending money on nothing but bills for school and who knows what. My brother had just gotten Scars, to which my impression was "that's really dumb to spend all that money on sunglasses", but then I tried them on and really noticed the difference in quality. I'd never seen a lens be so clear before. My comment was Everything looks like the Autolevel function in Photoshop. What a nerd I am sometimes. At that point the Splice came out and my brother wished he had waited and gotten that instead. So one day when I was at a cookout playing hooky from work, the one shred of champagne taste that I had kicked in and I decided to get a pair

After that, I got a pair of minutes, but they were too girly and didn't look like the online picture, so I gave those to my sister and then got a pair of leather Mars, since they were so odd. That lead to a pair of 24k X-Metal XX's, and a Time Bomb. Then on and on and on. Once the site took off, it was all over. I think I had a dozen or so when that happened.

Blood was a sparkle frame, and looked almost black until it hit the sun. Crimson was a polished frame I believe, but it's been a while. Shame there aren't more pictures, but they existed in a awkward point of time when I hadn't saved them from the web. The Collegiate ones make it much worse too .

I have to admit, camo editions of the Clifdens are pretty nice.

The Scatter Skull icon up in the menu will link to most of the areas. The Collection page allows you to directly add items, but you can also do so from the Catalog as well. Just go to a colorway and there's a quick add, or add with details. That will let you tweak things like the price you paid and photo uploads if desired. The profile page also has a few things where you can update your basic bio and icon/photos, etc.

Otherwise, the main threads here are:

Apologies for leaving the member sign-up page broken for months (but in my defense, I was trying to fix an exploit).

Look forward to seeing the collection. No worries on the size, more tightly curated ones are becoming the norm these days. Thanks for stopping by.

I wonder if the Stretchline RazorBlade and New Zeros will fit too, since they also have that style of 'C' cut.

Fellow beard enthusiast. I approve. My wife thinks I'm crazy, but I love getting covered in snow like that.

I'm liking it more without the nosepiece (when worn), even if that gives it its distinctive look.

Nice. Thanks for the photos. Still a bit high, but nice to see the presentation and all the extras. Feels like some care went into it. Would be nice to have a non collector package later on with a more palatable price point for actual use.

Fair, I just feel like I have to sit by the sidelines with a brand I used to really eat up. Even the normal released are priced in a way where I can't really envision picking much up when it's new.

Things like this would be cool to have for the collection, so I don't dislike the concept, but unlike other oddities like the AP Leg Holster, I could actually get them, and for a reasonable price. I don't think I'm alone in feeling the pain in my wallet lately.
