Ugh....

While attending an "O" training session (for the intro of the thump pro and such), I saw alot of blah colors, the canteen colorways come to mind, browns grays and blacks.. I asked "So where are the ices and the fires!". The rep who was conducting the training replied "well, were kind of trying to get away from the extreme image and focus on more earthy and fashionable styles". My heart wept, when I read that the best of "O" has come and gone, i'd have to agree. I worked at a sunglass retailer owned by Oakley, and while I could do a quarterly order of anything for around 60% off, I rarely did. I really could care less for anything out there, I just scour the bins for older.. (cooler) stuff.

I left a message to them on Ebay, nothing accusatory or threatening, just like "hey, I know somebody who is waiting for their case that you sold them, is this the same one?"

They replied to my by saying "Do not contact me again or I will fill out anything necessary to stop you.Dont contact me."

Sounds a bit guilty to me.

Anybody ever heard of this before? Saw it on Ebay and the seller has sold alot of unique customs so I was just curious what this lens color was about? Looks like an "ultra mirrored" black iridium lens.

I'ts a good thing that we have all of these fine people to supply Oakley with pictures of their own (circa 1998-2004) product. Lets hope we caught some of those pirates arr!! Because i'm sure that all those old advertising and model images aren't backed up on some hard drive, that would be crazy!

I can speak for 2 vaults and from that I can say, DISREGARD EVERYTHING THEY SAY. I cant understand how an entire staff can seem so uninterested with Oakley and put out when asked about it. Prices, Models, Colorways, all questions about any of these will be responded with a quick roll of the eyes and long flip through some book full of prices.

I play just a teeeeny bit of WoW and heres a bunch of sigs I made for guildies. Would be super cool to have some sigs on here.

Not at all, cant see the scratch when looking out and when worn the lenses look pristine from the front. Third time will be perfect though.

Actually I did get those, unfortunately they had to contend with console gaming, so they didnt get much use.
