Yeah, I hear ya. I'd buy that Bomber and Shell Pants if they were reasonable. I'd buy the Tee right now if it was $75. It's definitely got some high quality materials and cool design/features. But $145 for a "Tee?" Maybe it should be called a Tech Tee or "Shirt." Not that it would make the $145 easier to stomach but it's not really a Tee imo.

"Having both played a key role in the rigorous and multi-year weartesting of the models, Flores and Jefferson headline the campaign, putting Oakley HyperGrip Technology to the ultimate test. Joining them is crash test dummy Morgan Fearlight, brother of Future Genesis’ Maxine, a character that connects back to Oakley’s digital protopian universe."

Why in the heck do these cost more than the Haven release?!?!?!!!
Especially with Carbon Grey lenses.

Oh and "Running Low" already of course.

Oak has a good point - it's probably because of tariffs.

Damn $130 for a knit balaclava...as cool as that is, im not taking the bait - MicahS

I hear ya. I really like the PRO ZW Knit Cap but I'm struggling to figure out why it cost $115. From the description it seems to be a hat for golf...

"Keep a cool head when the heat is on with this lightweight polyester knit cap, custom-designed to guarantee optimum ventilation and heat management so you stay fresh and clear-headed as you complete your round. With a stiff visor to keep the sun and the elements out of your eyes, it also comes with an elastic drawcord and cord lock so you can adjust as required. Slim performance-fit silhouette with Oakley Ellipse logo on the front."

Well the numbered and none numbered editions complicate things a bit. Not sure I realized there we both. So there's "48" but probably 50 numbered Raw and 20 numbered Polished? But the actual totals for both - being numbered + none numbered combined - for each are unknown?

Another question - how many that were given away were to "Brazil" and individuals that aren't necessarily relevant (personal opinion) to the US/North American market? To be honest most - not all - but most of the people that I've seen/heard that got free ones were either people I had no clue who they were or only knew of because of Caio or Andre. Did Shiffren get a pair or Mahomes? Just trying to figure out the thought process of how these were strategically distributed. For the lack of a better term.

The reason I ask is because Oakley does seem more and more like it's becoming less and less of an American brand. Nothing wrong with trying to get other markets interested or supporting those markets that love the brand. Just thinking that - imo - if the possible distribution from what I've seen is correct - that just might be proof that North America is not a priority for Oakley and Lux anymore.
