I didnt see this Brazilian Adriano de Souza Batwolf in the catalog. It was Brazilian release only and ironically, from what ive heard, it has a duplicate sku OO9101-11
The inexplicable display explosion continues on Craigslist... even though this guy is way overpriced. But he was kind enough to include a photo of the SKU sticker.
It goes like that on CL. I spent a good two years waiting for a doublewide to pop up, and it never did. Instead, I found one in Dayton that I drove out to get. After this one is gone, there could be another long dry spell. There's no way of knowing.
... Now if we could just get some of those 0.3p's that the Germans are hoarding.
Just noticed the Jupiter Sq. listed as frogskins. However, they have unobtanium earsocks though, isn't this the wrong section then?
Also wondering is the release date of the first Shaun White Jupiter LX right, is that 2009 or does it have to be 2008? Wondering this, because all LX's that came with the vault are released in 2009 and all LX's that came without vault are from before 2009, except for the Shaun White as it looks now.
The database says the release with box is August 2009 and with vault says October 2009. Seems a bit weird to me.
The whole Jacket vs Frogskins is something I'll probably have to make into an Article or Video at some point. It was clearer back in the late 90's/early 2000's, but then they just started using categories like O Matter, or Life Style. Then Square O came out, and that was it's own thing for a while, but I found out later that the Gascan inspire models were still being considered part of the Frogskin line. Can't go by earsocks since the XX was by all accounts a Jacket-like frame, but that was definitely a Frogskin as dictated by the box and website at the time. At this point Sport frames are basically jackets, and lifestyle are Frogskins. Keeping everything straight through all these naming changes has been a nightmare, so I've just sort of picked something and rolled with it.
As for dates, I tend to add them as when they are either announced (with intended release date), or as they show up online in a webstore. If I'm not sure, I leave it blank, as there's just too many, and keeping track would be difficult. If we come accross a clear indicator, I can change it, but I personally don't know. I know my wife's SW Jupiter LX came with a vault.
Just checked some blogs etc. And the releasedate there for the SW Jupiter without hardcase is indeed august 2009.
A really strange move from the O, considering that all LX's from 2009 came with hardcase. And two months later the SW got released with a hardcase.
