Here is a super cool door handle CNCed from Ti. It is made by Titan Ring Designs, which started off its life replicating a Rogue DZN ring and then producing its own. It now produces other products. The below handle isn’t for sale, but I can’t imagine how much it’d cost since it took 300 hours to design and manufacture. Its top ring is over $4k so this would be significantly more expensive if you asked them to custom make you one:
